'Lo, there do I see my father.
'Lo, there do I see my mother, and my sisters, and my brothers.
'Lo, there do I see the line of my people,
Back to the beginning.
'Lo, they do call to me.
They bid me take my place among them.
In the halls of Valhalla.
Where the brave may live forever.
~ a common warrior prayer

Valhallan is the term used in reference to one of the Dargarth's primary folk-faiths. While superficially holding some traits in common with other so-called death and ancestral cults, the term does not properly apply once more than a passing familiarity is had with the faith.

The central tenant of the religion is that we have all already passed on into the afterlife, and are currently residing there.

To justify this belief they point to the fact that individuals black out when death likely would have occurred (such as in the midst of combat), and later return to consciousness with no evidence of wounds and with their armor, shields, and other gear mended. Further, after returning to consciousness it almost always is discovered they have been are removed from their prior location, oftentimes by great distances.

Valhallan is a personal faith, without a central organization, and is often followed by family clans and individual warriors, in addition to lending itself to warrior fellowships. It is a faith native to the Dargarthian continent, and is held by some country leaders, in addition to being rumored to be the predominant faith of Legion.
