Dil is a well respected, though often neglected, former Consul to the King, or so he would claim. His eyes are full of fog and there's lightning in his lungs and a frail man wearing a beard as his, sparks are not to be trusted. Dil is most interested in the affairs of others, and prefers to loom over his realm in his crooked tower where he scribbles away and farts about, harming no one. He is a chief contributor to Codex of Myriad Beasts and otherwise general scribe of events and things of interest.
