{{#if:Swamp|}} Filth Flingers have 8 HP and 3 Agony Poison Spellballs (3’ radius, 20 min duration)

Basics

Filth Flingers are an extremely dangerous type of swamp monster which often lies in wait silently for hours to ambush passing Humans. They are covered in vegetation and muck, and an oppressive stench emanates from them at all times. Larger and stronger than most Humans, a Filth Flinger is able to quickly subdue its victims.

Behaviour

They seem to have a commanding relationship over Bog Monsters, which are presumed to be smaller cousins. Reports over Filth Flingers leading ambushes on caravans are common. It is unknown if they have any sort of language, as none has ever been observed.

Combat

The Filth Flinger draws its name from its ability to throw terrible amounts of swamp muck. The close contact with its body means the muck is infused with a horrific stench. Anyone unlucky enough to be targeted by a Filth Flinger is quickly incapacitated. They often rely on this ability to disrupt formations before moving in to attack. The Filth Flinger is also surprisingly resilient, exponentially more than the Bog Monster. More research is needed to confirm the cause of this resilience, whether it is the filth covering their bodies, perhaps under all of the grime the Filth Flinger has hardened skin or scales.
