One of the three governing councils of Dargarth.
The marshal council is responsible for interpreting and enforcing specific sections of the rulebook, and/or logistical keeping the logistics of the game running. It is also the council that appraises and votes on new rules. (Comparisons have been made to the legislative branch.)
