Kyuss Ironborn was born to a young couple. His father was a sell sword and his mother raised tamed wolves for the local lord's army. At around the age of 12 his family was told that his father had died fighting. Immediately, his mother was seized by the lord to become a concubine in the Lord's court. He ran into the local woods where he ran into 3 brigands. Farmers who were walking by heard screams and rushed in to see what was happening. Instead of finding a young boy killed by robbers, they found young Kyuss with blood running down his chin and the three robber's throats ripped out. Kyuss proceeded to flee deeper in the woods, living off the local flora and fauna. At the age of 17 he found a shrine dedicated to the Wolfmother. He had a vision and the Wolfmother told him that he would be the one to purge the land of Dargarth from the plague of weaklings that infested it. Kyuss united all the brigands, that had the blood of the wolf, into a large army that followed the Wolfmother re-forging the Cult of the Bloodmoon.

Kyuss marched his army of half-blood wolves to the castle of the lord that had scorned him so many years ago. His men were outnumbered 3 to 1 but as the battle lines were drawn his men let out an immense howl that shook the foundation of the castle, half of the Lord's men began to flee as Kyuss's men ran and pounced onto the shield-wall. His men fought with a ferocity and bloodlust as had never been seen.

Kyuss marched up the steps of the castle with his men a personally slew each and everyone of the lord's men. He put the lord's head onto a spike and posted it in front of the castle forever showing his ruthlessness. The Cult of the Bloodmoon now stands ready to fight and explore the lands of Dargarth.
