{{#if:Any|}} Kobolds have 1 HP, no shields, use blue weapons and rocks.

Draconic rat-ling annoyances.
Exist and expire pathetic.
~ Eilmoore Battle-Poetic

Basics

Kobolds are small humanoid creatures borne of dragon blood, though only the most diluted of stock. Alike in size, temperance, and lifestyles to Goblins, though the two don’t share any genealogy. Kobolds’ dog-like heads host crooked teeth and beady eyes, thin shoddy scales cover their bodies and their twitching rat-like tails. Sometimes seen wearing rags, the ankle-biters are most oft naked.

Behaviour

Barking wildly in Draconic tongue, packs of Kobolds quarrel in the wake of epic Dragons such as the Hydra and the omnipotent Chromatic Dragon. Too pitiful to support their own means of life, they survive by scavenging on the paragons’ leavings.

Combat

Clad only in rags they’ve claimed off of corpses; they wear no armour and wield rusted, often broken weapons. Their hollow bones and frail figures make them delicate in physical combat, and are often dispatched with one strong blow. Kobold tactics are akin to that of the Goblin, relying on numbers and dirty tricks to claim victory. They prefer to cast rocks from the feet of the superior Draconians they follow before rushing in to engage in melee, hoping to swarm and overwhelm single targets. Heavy melee fighters should have no issues in defeating a throng of Kobolds. Though, their swarm tactics can prove dangerous, they should be dispatched quickly, to avoid losses to the party so that the far greater Draconic threat may be focused on.
