Awarded to Earl "Baneslayer" Arminius whom defeated the Cragon before the Face of Malum. Imbued with chaotic magicks neither evil nor fel. When lit, the candle terrifies all Undead compelling them to flee away from the flickering magicked light. If the flame is extinguished so are its effects. The candle must be held above the head to maximize visibility and the area of effect. Undead may not approach the lit candle closer than 30 feet.
