Kestrel likes to pretend he is a feared archer, despite the fact that everyone knows he's a terrible shot. Typically he runs around the field like a chicken with its head cut off, lobbing arrows and trying to keep the shield on his back and sword at his hip from falling off.

Being a half-elf, he had a difficult time fitting in with other groups until he discovered that all [Legion] cares about is that he doesn't puke violently while on a boat. He is, in fact, one of the founding members of the country.

He wears awesome rising chaos star sleeves in lieu of a tabard. They make everyone jealous.
