Really rough laceholder. OOC, unknown if this is the name of the relic. (Transfer page when final name is settled on.)

This is a splint-mail bracer, which has two powers. First, it allows the wearer to cast "Mend." Second, casting Mend does not consume a spell point, instead the bracer feeds the power needed to cast the spell (limit of 5 uses per event).

Unknown: can any class benefit from the AR3 granted by the bracer?
