When the Knights of Erzoth were explanding nearby, Genevieve agreed to join the Erzothans, and acted as a ranger for the knights. She held her own against The Damned on several occasions, and helped to tame the fire stag when there was A Dragon in RagnFjord.
Genevieve's nature ended up clashing with the structured and honor-bound code of Erz; it did not meld well with the carefree and chaotic lifestyle of her people. King Thorne I, of the Holy Order of Mârdûr, approached Genevieve, and offered a place to let her live her own way within his free country. Since at least one other tribal Elven group had joined Mârdûr, prior, Genevieve easily agreed.
