Uulmshar is a founding member of the Mercenaries of Bitter Peak and current minister of internal affairs. He was awarded with the "most energetic" medal at the first annual Skullbowl.
Sold to a farmer at the age of six, Uulmshar fled the back to the Bitter Peak on his fourteenth birthday. He lived at the peak of the mountain for six years, disdaining the co-dependence of the people of the city below him.
